Quality Control
In-Line Inspection at Every Stage
Quality control is not a final check — it is built into every stage of production. Our QC team inspects at cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing to catch and resolve issues before they reach your shipment.
Material Checks
Fabric weight, composition, colour accuracy, and shrinkage are verified against the approved specification before cutting begins.
Stitching & Construction
Seam strength, stitch density, panel alignment, and construction quality are checked at the cutting and sewing stages.
Print, Sublimation & Branding
Colour accuracy, print registration, sublimation coverage, embroidery placement, and label application are reviewed against the approved sample.
Sizing & Specification Review
Measurements are checked against the approved size spec across multiple units per size run to confirm consistency.
Finishing Inspection
Thread trimming, pressing, folding, and overall presentation are reviewed before packing. Defects are flagged and resolved before shipment.
Packing Review
Packing method, labeling, carton marking, and quantity verification are confirmed against the packing list before goods leave the facility.
